Our Outdoor Bootcamps run from April - November!
On 2010 we started with one weekly outdoor Bootcamp in Central Park and these workouts have exploded in popularity ever since. Four years later we offer three classes per week! Each class is about 60min of fun and torture, where you'll be challenged in endurance, strength, agility, coordination etc.
WEDNESDAY 7PM - HIIT / BOXING
A high intensity class that involves strength, agility, stairs etc. In this class we also incorporate a bit of boxing as well.
SATURDAY 10AM -MULTILEVEL BOOTCAMP (2 coaches)
This class has two trainers and it's divided in two groups. One group does stationary drills with one and the other group does running drills with the other trainer. You're going to constantly switch from one trainer to another every 3-5 min. By the end you are not sure which coach you're going to hate more :)
