I started training with Sean about two years after I had my first child. I’ve always been in good shape, but my body wasn’t the same the post-baby. I yearned for the time when my body was leaner, stronger and tighter. Sean pushes me and my body to new limits and the results are amazing. I noticed a difference in my body and my strength in just a few weeks. We mix it up with strength training, boxing, kick-boxing, and other exercises that I wouldn’t be motivated to do on my own.
