Growing up I always had weight issues. It took years to get over my fear of the gym. When I had gotten myself to a place where I felt comfortable with my body and the gym, that’s when I met Sean.
One day after taking his total body class, I decided I needed a little extra cardio. He came right up to me and said “You didn’t get enough in my class??” I said “No..” He responded “what u tryin to do?” I quickly replied “get more cut up..” “More??” he said,smirkingly. “I don’t see anything.” Our story began that day.
The main thing Sean has taught me is to be strong physically and mentally. He constantly reminds me to never settle, expect more, be better in every aspect of life- not just at the gym. He’s not just my trainer, he’s my coach and friend. Our journey isn’t over yet. It’s been 2 years since that first encounter and I can’t wait to see how much more we can completely change and push my body through his unique yet intensely satisfying program.
In my opinion Sean is the best trainer and instructor in NYC and from someone who works out with him 6 days a week, I think I’m qualified to make that statement.
